A large part of Ja Rule’s success came by way of his flawless collaborations with
singer Ashanti, so why not stick to what works? The two haven’t recorded a song together in over ten years, but a picture of the two in the studio this past week suggests maybe they’re back at it.
“Uhh ohhhhh me & my bro @ruleyorkcity in the lizzaaabbbbbb!!!! We haven’t seen each other in 4ever!!!! & it feels great!!!” tweeted Ashanti.
Ashanti is working on her fifth solo album, “Braveheart,” which will be her first album off of the infamous Murder Inc. label. Rumored to be on the album are Busta Rhymes, French Montana, and Meek Mill. Hopefully there will be a Ja Rule feature as well, for old times sake.
