The organization just had a door to door sensitization program to lecture young girls on the need to build their SELF CONFIDENCE, so that they can be able to take personal action without fear or loss but with courage and determination to fight towards becoming VICTORIOUS in their quest to succeed in life.

Phoebe Rotmwa Egeonu the founder of DiamondShe Africa said "one of the objectives of our organization is to help empower young girls living in both local and urbanized communities, by making them feel confident in achieving their dreams."

She also said a whole lot of young girls suffer LOW SELF ESTEEM which gradually gets worse and eventually destroy their life purposes.
Low self esteem she said is a disease. She said it can make a young girl easily be manipulated into becoming a SEX SLAVE to cunning men and women. It also make people with unhealthy habits and mindset consciously ride on such girls or use them for their sick and selfish agendas.
These negative vibrations will prompt the girl child to never believe in herself until she self destroy her own life.
DiamondShe Africa believes it is key to help the girl child understand that she her true place in life. She ought to be told that she can be whoever she wants to be by taking charge of her life through her SELF CONFIDENCE.
The team had new young girlswho volunteered to help in carrying out the door to door sensitization program. The volunteers were so full of energy and excitement while carrying out their work.
