UK-based Singer Mourns Dead Mum Who Was Reportedly Killed by Her Staff in Lagos.

- A Nigerian woman has been allegedly killed by some of her staff in Lagos - According to the daughter of the deceased, she was strangled to death and her body was later discovered by the deceased's 12-year-old son...

 - The victim who had been living in the UK for 34 years had relocated to Nigeria in January 2018 UK-based Nigerian singer, Melisa Whiskey has been left with a broken heart after her mother was reportedly killed in Lagos on January 24.

 According to her post, the deceased who was a hotel owner was killed alongside her hotel manager by some former staff members. In a post which the singer wrote about the importance of appreciating loved ones before it is too late. She revealed that her life will never be the same following the shocking news of her mother's passing; a woman who loved and gave everything to her country, Nigeria. She wrote: "In this life that is short learn to value and make the most of your loved ones before it is too late. 

This morning my mother was murdered in Nigeria a country she loved and gave everything to.... my life will never be the same i will never be the same... Not sure if life has any purpose anymore not sure why God allowed these wicked evil people to take my mother... but i find solace knowing my mother is in heaven .... i love you mum ... may God keep you hold you ... i thank God for blessing me with a mother like you... my mother was the most determined and hard working person i met in life and i know she is in heaven #rip #mybeautifulmum

Melissa revealed that her hotel-owner mum was killed alongside the hotel manager by some disgruntled former staff members who were sacked for committing fraud. According to the story, her 12-year-old son and younger brother to Melisa was the one who discovered her body after she had been strangled to death.

 Melisa's post suggested that investigation has commenced as one of the alleged killers has already being caught while the other three are yet to be apprehended. The victim was described as a hardworking mother of four who had just relocated to Nigeria in January 2018, after living in the UK for 34 years.
