former New Orleans Chief of Police and current Professor of Criminology at Loyola University New Orleans, speak on the timely subject of violence in America and the need for a new approach to the problem.

As a former law enforcement professional and Cure Violence Executive Board Member, Mr. Serpas provides a unique perspective on the need to prevent violence using a public health approach.
