D'BANJ'S EPIC JOURNEY!

I love him so much, he's my mentor, I salute is energy and his commitment, he'd never looked back or gave attention to what...
media or people says about him. He just keeps focused and believed in himself that he can, and also believed in his dreams.

I have a message to Nigerian Music Industry about D'banj and his Epic Journey, which I tittled: An Epic Journey Of An Exceptional Act @10 (D'banj). He came to the industry a little spark 10 years ago. He came with a mission to be the greatest entertainer ever vents out in Africa. And with a vision of exporting African culture and music out of African map i.e to the rest of the world. He never stop or give up on his dreams. As he has always continues to flag Africa identity everywhere he goes. After the separation of the defunct Mo'hits, lots of critics rose against him, but never waved goodbye to his career, to his dreams and to his visions. He keeps on doing it more than before but he wasn't appreciated by his own people. Sitting down and check all his music before and after the separation, I found out that his energy and ingredients never sour but getting sweeter year by year. And his energy getting stronger day by day. I started looking at international relationship between Nigerian music and the international music and I found that it all in one way or the other connected to D'banj.

He laid down the bridge for African music to cross to the upside of life. That's why I called him the "Jesus Christ of Africa music". There were many prophet of God before Christ but they ain't the saviour of life. In the history of Nigerian hip hop music there are so many acts that has done well than this present generation acts. We have the likes of Edris Abdulkareem, 2Face, Sound Sultan , Olu Maintain, Style Plus etc. But they ain't the saviour. They all played vital roles in the music industry. The legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti, I tagged him Adam of African Afro music now Afro Pop re- branded by D'banj. Edris as the first rapper I tagged him Noah of our music history not because he was the first rapper but he was among the sect of musicians proclaiming the great flood of foreign music in Nigeria. About 15-20 years ago on air, in the club we play more of foreign music than our local music. Glory be to God coz nothing like that again. We have so many Judges after the flood the likes of Rasqui, Sasha, K.S.B, Style Plus, Plaintashun boiz, Ruggedman etc. And there were kings we have the likes of No more loss, Sunny Nneji, Olu Maintain etc. All this was successful with the help of God and Kennis music. Kennis is the temple of music and the priest were Kenny Ogungbe and Dayo Adeleye the son of the Levites were the producers and marketers. Then 11 years ago 2Face proclaimed the good news through out the world that a man is coming called 'African Queen'. A queen in disguise but actually it wasn't a lady but a man. He's a king and Prince of African music. Quite controversial how? Who is he to lead us on?. Impossible! To so many people. That can anything good come out of Africa. Here is the Epic Journey he's here in every city in the world. He was conceived by the Mary called "Don Jazzy" during the reign of King Augustus "Tongolo". His father is Mo'Hits. He came to his people but his people hated him, insulted him and rejected him.

He then began his ministry with disciples like Wande Coal, Dr Sid, D'Prince, and Kayswitch to mention a few. He was accused of what he knew nothing about. Accused him of preaching against the music for parading himself as the greatest entertainer ever liveth. Yes, is true he's indeed the greatest entertainer ever liveth. With lots massive hit songs and lots of awards to his name and endless Humanitarian work. He was crowned the king of the Jews (African Music) after the collaboration of Mr Endowed RmX ft Snoop Dogg in 2011. The following day (2012) he was crucified on the cross of Calvary (UK) after the release of Oliver Twist. Oliver Twist is the blood shed on the cross to save Nigeria music. The soldiers beating him were the bad belle artists bloggers etc. He was crucified along side two thieves Wiz Kid and Ice Prince. We have starboy and the aboki crooner Zamani both shone beyond African boundary. And still reigning till this present time coz we play their songs everyday. Now we're all enjoying the benefits of his resurrection "Top Of The worlds". The inspirational music of winning AFCON 2013 by our own Super Eagles in South Africa. He ascended into heaven (International acts) but his spirit liveth still in our life. After the ascension 120 people including disciples his mother Mary etc received the holy spirit At the upper room. And they started speaking in tongues, performing miracles (raising stars) and spreading the good news all over the world. He's no more in our midst physically but spiritually we felt his presence. His work speaks on and our helper in the time of need. I repeat D'banj is the Jesus Christ of African music. He's the only one of Africa. The horn of Success. The true African Prince, Mr Endowed. He'd never looked back, he believed in himself in his strength that there's no limit to whatever he wanna archive.

10 years ago just like a dream brother am proud of you, you're the one. He never stops still looking upwards to Britainia awards and Grammy awards. Meaning he's about to eat the big Apple.
