President Muhammadu Buhari says his administration has...
no
intention to scrap the Amnesty programme for the Niger Delta region but will
rather give it more bite to sustain socio-economic development of the oil-rich
region.
The president said this in a goodwill message he sent to a
talk shop held in Abuja on advancing the development of Niger Delta.
