Marked as one of Malaysian’s
biggest African Event, Afro beats Festival Malaysia was initiated in 2011 by
Sky Hitz Global. It grew from its First Edition with BET Award Winner ICE PRINCE ZAMANI in March 2011 to its
second Edition in October 2012 with one of African best Lyrical Rapper OLAMIDE aka BADDO.

performances from Afro beats Artists, Cultural and Afro beats dance groups, a Party
atmosphere, with extensive media coverage on mainstream platforms. AFROBEATZ
FESTIVAL MALAYSIA 2013 intends to give musical talent
from the continent of Africa and Afro beats generation a voice in Malaysia and Asia.
The event will be a rich mixture of entertainment including; Music, Dance, Comedy and Dj Battle Competition. Official Headliners for AFROBEATZ FESTIVAL MALAYSIA 2013, Globacom Ambassador BURNA BOY (Nigeria), Big Brother Star MAMPI (Zambia), Afro Beats International DJ JAM JAM aka OYIMBO SWAGGER (Uk). DJ JAM JAM is also the official Judge for the Afro Beats DJ battle Competition 2013. The 2013 Afro Beats DJ Competition will be of a very high Standard this year and the winner goes home with $ 1,000 cash price.

Afro Beats DJ Battle Competition is to provide an avenue and opportunity were
young talented DJs will showcase skills and compete within each other fare and
free. DJ Jam Jam will be the official Judge for the competition.
